These coaches will have demonstrated they possess the knowledge and ability to safely and effectively deliver Try Learn Explore as a lead coach.<\/p><p>Try Learn Explore coaches understand the needs of participants who are new to paddling (both children and adults) and are able to develop a supportive and inclusive environment while keeping fun, play and enjoyment at the heart of the participant experience.
